To avoid the insanity of a 70MB+ file, try lower bitrate. 64kbps is plenty for voice recordings, and would reduce the size of the file significantly. (IIRC, the bit rate for the encoding was 192kbps or similar overkill :)
I had fun listening, and would definitely tune in again. If you want to make it a permanent fixture, we would be happy to host it on plone.org's bandwidth. Might need proper BLOB support in Zope for that, though! :]

Ya, stupidly, I didn't pay any attention to the bitrate of the mp3. I'll be sure to do some conversion next time.
Apache works pretty good for serving out static files, FWIW. ;-)
